How to Request Deletion

Email us from the email address linked to your Let's Love account, or include enough information for us to verify account ownership.

What to Include

• Your account email address.
• Your user ID, if visible in the app or available from support.
• A clear statement that you want your Let's Love account and associated data deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your account profile data, including name, email, profile photo references, birthday, anniversary, and profile details.
• Your pairing connection and user-specific couple records where deletion is technically and legally appropriate.
• Your messages, memories, comments, reactions, goals, todos, date ideas, saved quotes, check-ins, notification inbox records, and related user content associated with your account.
• Uploaded media associated with your account, such as chat images, memory images, and profile images, where available.
• Push notification tokens and app-specific user settings stored for your account.

What May Be Retained

• Records that must be kept for legal, tax, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or security reasons.
• Limited operational logs, crash diagnostics, or backup copies until they expire through normal retention cycles.
• Content that was already shared with a partner may require additional verification or separate shared-space deletion handling.

Timeline

We will review deletion requests after verifying account ownership. Deletion will be completed within a reasonable period unless additional verification, legal retention, fraud prevention, or security review is required.
