Information We Collect

• Account details such as name, email address, profile photo, user ID, birthday, anniversary, and profile message.
• Couple space data such as pairing status, partner connection, messages, memories, comments, reactions, goals, todos, date ideas, quotes, check-ins, streaks, and activity counters.
• Media and communication data users choose to send, including photos, captions, audio messages, and call-related session details.
• Device and app data such as notification tokens, crash reports, performance diagnostics, app version, and security signals needed to keep the app reliable.
• Location data only when users allow it for partner distance features. Location is used for that feature and is not sold.

How We Use Information

• To create accounts, pair partners, sync shared content, deliver chat and memory features, and keep both partners updated.
• To send requested notifications such as messages, missing-you pings, reminders, quotes, anniversaries, goals, todos, and check-ins.
• To improve safety, prevent abuse, diagnose crashes, measure app performance, and protect accounts and shared spaces.
• To provide optional features such as app lock, profile updates, partner distance, media upload, and voice or video calls.

Sharing and Service Providers

• Shared couple content is visible to the paired partner as part of the app experience.
• We use Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, push notifications, cloud functions, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse or security incidents.
• We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

Security

• Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS and protected by Firebase Authentication, Firestore rules, Storage rules, and server-side checks.
• PIN and biometric app lock settings are stored on the device. Fingerprint or face data is handled by the device operating system and is not sent to our servers.
• No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should avoid sharing content they would not want their partner or service providers to process.

Retention and Deletion

• Account and couple data is retained while the account is active and while needed to provide the app.
• Users can request account and associated data deletion from the public deletion page. After a verified request, account data and associated user data will be deleted unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons.
• Some content already shared with a partner may remain visible to that partner until the shared couple data is removed or separately deleted.

Let's Love is intended for users who are legally able to create an account and use a private relationship app. It is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital consent age in the user's country.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be shown on this page with an updated date.
